Terms of Use

By reading these pages or leaving your details in the order form, you accept the terms set out below. Ordering Diametrix in South Africa through this site means placing a request that a consultant confirms by phone before anything ships — nothing here is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a stand-in for advice from a health professional.

What the information here is

The descriptions, ingredient notes and articles on this site are written for general information. They explain what the product contains and how it is meant to be taken; they do not promise a particular result for a particular person and they are not medical advice. Anyone already under treatment for diabetes or another condition, or taking prescribed medication, should raise a new supplement with their own doctor before starting it.

Results

Outcomes differ from one person to the next and depend on diet, consistency and general health. Reviews published on the site describe individual experiences, not a guaranteed outcome for every buyer.

How an order works

• You leave a name and phone number in the form — that is a request, not yet a confirmed order.
• A consultant calls to confirm the item, quantity, address and delivery day.
• The order is final once that call ends, and not before.
• The courier hands over the parcel and you pay on receipt, after inspecting it.

Price and availability

The price shown on the site is what the consultant confirms on the call. Promotional pricing runs while stock lasts at that price, and the site may adjust pricing or pause a promotion at any time — but never after a call has already confirmed your order.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for sending the product agreed on the call, sealed and intact. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the strength of an article on this site, for ignoring the intake instructions printed on the pack, or for anything bought under this brand name from a seller other than this site.
