Privacy Policy
This site asks a visitor for exactly two things: a name and a phone number, left in the order form when you decide to order Diametrix. They exist for one reason — so a consultant can call you back, confirm the pack and agree a delivery address. Nothing else is required to read the site or the articles on it.
What we hold
- The name and phone number typed into the order form.
- The delivery address you give the consultant on the confirmation call.
- Ordinary technical details any browser sends a website — page requested, rough region, device type.
What it is used for
Your name and number go to the consultant who calls you back and to the courier who brings the parcel — that is the full journey. We do not build marketing profiles, do not sell contact lists and do not pass numbers to advertisers. Technical details are only ever looked at in aggregate, to see which pages load slowly, never to single out one visitor.
How long it stays
An order record is kept while the parcel is on its way and for a short while after, in case a question comes up about the delivery or the pack itself. An enquiry that never becomes an order is cleared sooner. Once a record has done its job it gets deleted rather than kept indefinitely.
Keeping it safe
Order details sit behind access that only the people handling orders and deliveries can open, and the connection between your browser and this site is encrypted. Anyone on our side who handles an order is told plainly that a customer's number stays inside the order system.
Your say over it
You can ask what is held under your name, ask for a mistake to be fixed, or ask for a record to be deleted outright. Write to [email protected] and mention the name and number the order was placed under.
Children
This supplement is intended for adults and the site is not aimed at anyone under eighteen. If a minor's details have ended up here, write to the address above and they will be removed.
Changes to this page
If how orders are handled changes, this page changes with it. The version in front of you is the one that applies to every order placed through diametrix.co.za in 2026.
